The company recently purchased a complete set of our HZS25 model concrete batching plant (with a capacity of 25m³/h). However, during the delivery and installation phase, the client encountered two severe local challenges: first, there was no stable grid power supply at the plant site; second, due to logistics constraints, bulk cement delivery could not be guaranteed on time, severely disrupting continuous production plans. The client directly requested a solution from us: "We need a solution for the cement feeder and hopper to use ton bag cement when bulk cement does not arrive."
In response, our engineering team quickly reacted and tailored a set of special additional configurations to perfectly resolve all issues:
✔Added 1 set screw conveyor + cement hopper + cement feeder: This system innovatively enables fast and dust-free feeding of ton bag cement. When bulk cement supply is interrupted, the client simply hoists the ton bag over the hopper to complete feeding manually or semi-automatically, ensuring production never stops.
✔Supplied a 150KVA diesel generator (150KVA Genset): This high-power generator provides an independent, stable, and continuous power source for the entire batching plant, completely eliminating reliance on an unstable power grid and guaranteeing 24/7 operation under any conditions.
